Christmas will be different for many of us this year.
With Covid-19 ramping back up, the potential for new restrictions or shelter in place mandates, it just won’t be the same. With this in mind, we decided to have outside Christmas lights this year!
I live in a wonderful subdivision… that has an active Homeowners Association. 😊 You know, a group of friends and neighbors that oversees everything, I mean certain things, that can be done to your home or to the neighborhood.
As of this writing, it’s mid-November and our Christmas lights are UP!
Have you ever noticed that when you feel like you might be pushing the limits of what is considered acceptable, the HOA president and his wife walk by your house? One of the many blessings received from these “early” Christmas lights has been the comments, text messages and phone calls we have received from our neighbors.
One in particular stands out…
“With our country and the world in such turmoil, your Christmas lights fill me with a feeling of peace and comfort."
As we approach the holiday season, I pray that you and your family will be blessed with a feeling of peace and comfort.
Until next time…
Stay Safe and Be Well.
